REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We take pride in our candles and want everyone to enjoy them. If you are not 100% in love with what you ordered, please reach out to wickedcandlesnyc@gmail.com with your order # to request a return within 5 days of receiving your order. If more than 5 days have passed since you’ve received your item, we unfortunately will not be able to accept a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in its original condition. The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping charges, and the original shipping charge will be non-refundable.
Once your return has been received, we will notify you that we have received the returned item and the status of either the approval or rejection of your refund.
If a refund is requested and approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 2 business days.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item, please send a request at wickedcandlesnyc@gmail.com with your order # within 5 days of receiving your order. In the email, please include the new item you wish to receive. To be eligible for an exchange, your item MUST be unused and in its original condition. The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping charge, and the original shipping charge will be non-refundable.
Once your item is received and deemed to be unused and in its original condition, you will be notified and your new order will be shipped to you within 3 days.
